New Chef De Cuisine, Trever Travis
Barrel & Bushel is pleased to announce the appointment of Trever Travis as Chef De Cuisine.
Trever Travis brings with him an impressive 30 years of hospitality experience. Born outside of Pittsburgh, Trever has spent much of his life in Eastern Shore, Maryland, and the DMV area, which has greatly influenced his culinary perspective.
At Barrel & Bushel, Chef Trever is thrilled to showcase his creativity in the menu through elevated presentation and rich flavors. He emphasizes, "Keep it simple, present it well, prepare it well," recognizing that guests often eat with their eyes first. In addition to his culinary skills, Trever has a talent for woodworking, which he often incorporates into his food presentations. He is eager to blend his passions to create a unique twist on Chesapeake favorites, including crab, rockfish, Virginia ham, and the B&B's signature dishes.
